SHIPPING POLICY

At Road Trip Rags, we are committed to delivering your order promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping policy:

**Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $7.95 will be applied to all orders.

-Production Time: Each item in our store is made to order and printed on demand. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be printed, processed, and prepared for shipment. 

-Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.

-Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

-International Orders: At this time we are not accepting or processing international orders.

 -Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Road Trip Rags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied*, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Here are the details:

- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all tags attached.
- Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear or swimwear may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
- *Stickers are considered  FINAL SALE and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
